Hi, I'm Iris White, founder of Next Chapter Career & Business Consulting.
Long before I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, people naturally came to me for help. Friends, family, coworkers, and even acquaintances would ask me to review their resumes, prepare them for interviews, help them start businesses, or simply guide them through important career decisions.
At first, I didn't realize this was my calling. I just knew I loved helping people succeed.
I became fascinated with learning everything I could about business operations, human resources, leadership, management, entrepreneurship, and what employers truly look for when hiring. That passion led me to spend years gaining real-world experience while continuing my education.
Throughout my career, I've interviewed candidates, coached employees, helped businesses launch, improved operations, and supported individuals as they pursued careers they never imagined possible. Watching someone go from feeling stuck to finding confidence and purpose in their career is one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had.
